Please join us in welcoming our new Technician’s to the Team!

Domitek’s growth strategy is starting to pay dividend! In a continuing effort to provide you with exceptional service and support, we have acquired two additional support specialists.

I would like to take a moment to introduce Joel Collazo and Jeremy Frasier as the newest members of our team. Joel and Jeremy bring a combined total of 20-years’ experience in the Information Technology field specializing in hardware and software support.

As support technicians, they will be responsible for:

- Resolving help desk tickets
- Providing on-demand remote and on-site support for your end-users
- Performing routine site visits
- Proactively monitoring your computer systems
