Season’s Greetings

It is hard to believe that 2014 is already coming to a close. With that in mind, it is a good time to recollect all that has happened in the past year while anticipating what the New Year may have in store. It is also the time for taking stock of all the treasure in one's life. For me, it is the gratitude of knowing that Domitek has so many wonderful clients like you, whose continued support and loyalty makes us who we are today, a successful IT provider. This success is attributed to our client relationships where working and understanding each other is paramount!

Recently I was honored to receive the BBB 2014 Torch Award. This award is given to a company that demonstrates dedication and an ethical approach to servicing their clients. But for me, an even greater honor is serving as the CEO & CTO of a company that is trusted by its clients and respected by its peers.

In 2014, we continued to enhance our products and services and devoted further resources to train our staff. Our belief in dedicated and well trained professionals is a foundation to our business -- our founding principle is to provide world class IT services. Domitek prides itself on having clients not customers; we understand our client’s needs and we support them each step of the way in the achievement of their goals.

A few of our 2014 accomplishments:

    • New Location – we moved to a new location, 400 Grove St., Worcester and have two new locations, Southbridge and Springfield.
    • 2014 Worcester Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year – we are proud to be chosen among many wonderful businesses.
    • Expanded Helpdesk – our team has grown to provide even more support to our growing clients.
    • <li

(VoIP system) - our Voice over Internet Phone system is helping existing customers enjoy all the benefits of modern communication at an affordable price.

  • New Website – we introduced a “redesigned” website that takes advantage of the latest responsive technology enabling current and future clients the ability to interface with any of their devices; this includes navigating seamlessly through our content with their mobile phones, tablets, laptops and desktops.
  • Commitment to Community – our community is important to us! Domitek is committed to finding ways to give back, whether it’s through in-kind donations to the Worcester Boys and Girls Club and other non-profit institutions or through my commitment to helping school youth get involve in Information Technology. I challenge them to write an essay on “How technology can help you, the student, in the future.” where we award a student a brand new Laptop for the best essay. We also sponsor events to benefit children and we continue to provide financial support to the Red De Compassion (run by Richard Gonzales) service that feeds the homeless.

Many large and small IT Solution Providers are looking towards their bottom line rather to the needs of their small business clients. We have been called many of times to intervene and propose solutions to clients who have had less than optimal service. We have encounter questionable practices in our reviews and a severe disconnect between the clients need and the solutions they were sold.

We think there is a better way! Our honest approach and commitment to quality service is what sets us apart! We have a proud past that was built on this premise and it is entrusted to everyone here at Domitek. Our pledge to continue this approach is what makes us successful today and in the future.

On behalf of all us at Domitek, I would like to wish you and your loved ones the joys of the season and a happy and healthy New Year!

Sincerely,

Libis R. Bueno
