Not all business are like, at Domitek we understand that every business has different support level and needs. Because of the different level of support or needs, we provide our clients with three unique support plans to address any technical needs.

As these are complex services our Managed Network Services costs are determined by size of your network - number of users - support services required. Feel free to send your inquiry via our web form and we will be more then happy to supply information with no obligation.

Support Plans

Preventive Support Plan

Preventive Support Plan is for those clients who like to take a more proactive approach to their technology needs.  This plan includes monthly monitoring and system evaluation to keep your business running.  And more secure.  Pricing starts at $200.00 a month for a 5 user network and hourly support rates are set at $75 an hour for projects outside the scope of the monthly fee. If you network has more than 5 computers and a server we recommend you take a look at our Managed Services plan.

Pre-Paid Support Plan

Pre-Paid Support Plan is for clients who have one time projects or wish to budget support hours in advance.  There is no monthly monitoring included in this plan.  Billing is done in pre-paid blocks of 10 or 20 hours or more. Pre-paid support clients are given a discounted $75 or $70 dollars per hour rate, meaning if you purchase a block of hours any work done outside of the scope of the project will be set at a discounted rate.  Below is a table with a break down for the blocks of hours as well as the time and restrictions that applies to this plan.    

10 Hours Block: Pre-payment of $750.00 (from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 5 days a week)

• On-site Support
 Rates will apply as soon as Domitek agents or services representative walk into the building. There is 1 hour minimum: Only effective  weekdays until  5pm

(5 days a week)

• Emergency Response/Weekends

$135.00 per hour
(standard rate is $150.00 per hour)

• Remote Networking Support

$65.00 per hour

• 4 hours of Telephone Support

20 Hours Block: Pre-payment of $1,400.00 (from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 5 days a week)

• Emergency Response/Weekends

$125.00 per hour
(standard rate is $150.00 per hour)

• Remote Networking Support

• 8 hours of Telephone Support

no charge

All onsite billing is done in increments of 30 minutes with a 1-hour onsite minimum.  Telephone support is billed in 15-minute increments with a 15-minute minimum.  

 

Pay as You Go Plan

Pay as You Go Plan is for small clients which only requires occasional support.  This is a more reactive support plan as issues are dealt with as they arise.  The Pay As You Go plan rates are set at $95 an hour or you could buy a remote support plan

Other Rates

• Weekend, Holiday and Evening Service:  
  Includes work day appointments that begin on or after 5pm. Rates will apply as soon as Domitek agents or services representative walk into the building. There is 1 hour minimum.

$150.00 per hour

• Emergency On-site Response:
  
On-site within 3 hours! Rates will apply as soon as Domitek agents or services representative walk into the building. 30 minutes minimum

$175.00 per hour

• Weekend, Holidays and Evening Telephone Support: 15 minutes incremental: The first 15 minutes are free after that rates will apply

$60.00 per hour
