Remote Service Plans and Rates
Not all businesses are like, at Domitek, we understand that every business has different support level and needs. Because of the different level of support or needs, we provide you with 3 unique remote support plans to address any technical needs.
Note: these plans are only for remote support to computers. If you need on site support for your computers, servers and network equipments or will like for Domitek to monitor and managed your equipments, please see our Managed Services support plans.
Basic Remote Support Option # 1
This option is used for a one time technical support or for clients that only have one computer.
One Time User or Casual User - During 9:00 AM - 5:00PM Eastern Time
You will be billed at a rate of $ 95 per hour. This is the perfect solution for the quick fix situation.
One Time User or Casual User - After 5:00 PM or Weekends and Holidays
You will be billed at a rate of $125.00 per hour.
Basic Remote Support and Help Desk Services Option # 2
- Pay $25.00 per computer system three months in advanced and we will provide 15 hours a month of technical support and help desk services during the hours of 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday Eastern Time.
- After hours support is provided through a trouble ticket system and service calls are billed at $65 per hours.

Basic Remote Support and Help Desk Services Option # 3
- $39.99 per computer system payable three months in advanced and we will provide 20 hours a month of technical support and help desk services between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday Eastern Time.
- After hours support is included and clients will be given high priority. 2 hour phone calls turn around if your business is located within 20 miles radius.

These services are billed at $ 75.0 per hour. Most management functions can be completed in under 2 hours per month making this the most affordable Managed Network Services in Worcester county.

NOTE: Remote support will be provided via telephone or connecting to your computer and troubleshooting issues remotely. no site visit is included with these package. If you require on site visit you will be billed at a discounted rate.
