Addressing Customer Concerns Challenge and Solution

How can hiring your company to maintain our systems be cheaper than using our own staff?
Maintaining an in-house IT staff with the knowledge and experience required to secure and manage today’s technology infrastructure can be expensive. Often varying degrees of experience are needed at different times and allocating the individual with the right level of experience requires either maintaining a high-turnover staff with varying levels of expertise or overpaying and underutilizing the IT staff that you maintain. A remotely managed environment solves this problem by enabling you to have access to the right IT support professional at the right time.

Why is it better for you to maintain my network rather than our organization simply doing it in-house?
Because our firm supplies remote management and security services to a broad range of small and medium-sized organizations, we are able to provide you with the highest level of knowledge and expertise at competitive prices. Through years of experience, extensive training, and specialization our staff can design, deploy and manage an environment to fit your organization's needs. We have the track record and references to back this up.

Our people need to do a lot of different things with their computers. A standardized desktop seems like a bad fit for us.
Remote management and security requires desktop standardization, but that does not mean a one-size-fits-all solution for everyone in your organization. Depending on your organization's needs, you might deploy several different standardized systems to your staff. Standardized deployment means that all system elements are methodically planned and variety of configurations is minimized, but it can account for varying worker needs within an organization. Additionally, through use of roaming profiles, users can log on to any Windows XP system and experience a uniform configuration

Won't our hardware costs go up because we'll need special gear to support remote administration?
No, your overall hardware costs will likely go down significantly over time as you take advantage of system standardization to plan and implement a methodical upgrade cycle. A well-planned upgrade cycle enables you to avoid unexpected repair expenses and the costs associated with supporting a wide variety of hardware. The additional hardware that you must buy (a security appliance) is something that no organization today can afford to be without. It serves to keep the rest of the world from gaining access to your company’s network.

How does your "If you can't fix it, I don't pay" guarantee work?
The guarantee works in the following fashion. If a technician can not figure out what is wrong with your PC, you will pay nothing for the service call. This applies to both software and hardware issues. If the technician finds that a piece of  hardware  needs to be replaced but you choose not to go ahead with the repair, you will still be required to pay for 1 hour of service. In some cases, the technician might find that the system has hundreds of viruses and too many of your files are corrupt and  the best course of action would be to reinstall your entire Operating System. If this is required, all your important files will be backed up and the operating system will be reinstalled.
