Beyond simple contact info such as email address MaxNet does not store or use this information for email promotions, mail outs, nor do we share contact information with any company. We respect privacy and we take all steps to insure this privacy. At no time will MaxNet send out unsolicited email based on the information collected with our forms.
Log Files
We use the information in our server log files to analyze trends in the usage of our Web sites, to administer and maintain our Web sites, to track a user's path through our Web sites, and to gather broad demographic statistics about our Web sites and the ways in which they are used. Most of the information in these files is not unique to you as an individual, such as the files requested and pages you visit on our Web sites, the Web sites from which you may have been referred to our Web sites, and information about the type of browser you use and its settings. Some of the log files contain IP addresses and other personally identifiable information, which are used to identify user connections and to resolve technical issues related to administration of our Web sites.
Our Log Files from our websites are kept for 13 months as this allows us to review bandwidth trends of our websites - and allows us to track our website promotion strategies. Our log files are stored on secure servers and at now time will Domitek reveal its log files to any out side source or business.
Spam and Email
Log Files on our mail servers are maintained and reviewed daily for email abuse and other spam related issues. As Domitek does maintain its own mail servers spam email is a large concern as it does waste our bandwidth and consume resources on our mail servers. Spam mail is not tolerated and as such our mail servers are routinely configured to reject mail from known spam sites.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored on a computer that contains information associated with that computer. Our websites do not use cookies!
